• Advance Payment for COD: A minimum 20% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining 80% balance can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon delivery of the product.
• Free Samples Delivery: Free samples are available for the first sample request from each customer. If the same customer requests another batch of samples from the same profile, postal/delivery charges will apply to the additional sample request.
• Third-Party Financing: Customers can choose third-party financing options, including Klarna, Clearpay, and Zilch, subject to the customer’s eligibility and the terms and conditions of the respective financing provider.
• Return Policy: If a product is returned under the applicable return policy, a 35% deduction will be made from the amount eligible for refund. This deduction covers applicable costs associated with the order and return process.
• 12-Month Manufacturing Warranty: Products including beds, sofas, and other furniture items are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
